Golfing in Scotland's first National Park
Golf can be enjoyed in a variety of courses and a Golf Pass for the course set out below can be obtained for 5 rounds during the season(all 5 courses can be played or one course more than once). The 5 pass ticket costs £80 For £50 3 courses can be played and these passes can be obtained at any of the courses (note that a £10 supplement is payable at Buchanan Castle).
The cabins provide a central base from which many of the championship courses of Scotland can be accessed.
Aberfoyle Golf Course (Tel 01877 382 493)
This is a pleasant rolling golf course set in beautiful countryside one mile east of the village of Aberfoyle on the A81. The course(Par 66, 5204 yards, 18 holes) sits at the foot of the Menteith Hills and the moorland course can be tricky and can offer a challenge to both the novice and the experienced golfer.
The views are excellent , particularly the view from the 5th green looking towards Ben Lomond in the west, and the towards Stirling Castle to the east.

Buchanan Castle Golf Course (01360 660 307, Pro shop 01360 660330)
This 18 hole course (Par 70, 6,052 yards, 18 holes) is situated just off the A809 as the road enters Drymen from Glasgow.The course, designed by James Braid, lies within a forested estate with magnificent oaks and redwood trees and superb views of Bens Lomond, Vane, Lui Vorlich and the Cobbler.

Callander Golf Course (01877 330 090 Pro shop 01877 330 975)
Callander Golf Course is set at the east end of Callander just off the A84. A gently undulating course (par 66, 5125 yards, 18 hole) set in partially wooded parkland in the Trossachs with panoramic views from the Campsie hill to the south and Ben Ledi to the west. The first 9 holes were designed by the legendary Tom Morris and the second nine by Willie Fernie, and there are some classic holes, particularly the short 15th hole which is played through an avenue of trees to a green with a fantastic view of mountains in the background.

Killin Golf Course (01567 820 312)
Set in beautiful scenery, Killin Golf course (Par 66, 5066yards 9 holes)in the west Perthshire Highlands, is at the north eastern end of the National Park just off the A827 at the eastern end of the village. Its 9th/18th hole is probably one of the most scenic holes in Scotland.

St Fillans Golf Course (01764 685 312 Fax 01 764 685 312)
Set in the heart of Highland Perthshire amidst magnificent mountains and shimmering lochs, this course (Par 70, yards 6,064, holes 9)is at the eastern end of Loch Earn just off the A85. The first two holes follow the River Earn, and despite the hills which surround the course, play is on relatively flat plane

- Perthshire Highland Golf Ticket This can be used on 12 courses of 9 holes. Two options are available ,5 days golf is offered at £70 and 3 days at £45 The tickesets are valid for one season in which they are purchased
- Tickets can be used at Alyth, Blair Athol, Comrie, Dornoch Course at Crieff, Dalmunzie course at Glenshee,Dunning Kenmore and Killin. There are some restricitions on some of these courses so it is always advisbale to book tee times before travelling
